Robert J. Sturgeon of Bensalem, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 23, 2020 in Warrington, PA. He was 86.

Robert was the beloved friend of the late Gloria O’Donnell.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Mary (nee Kelly) and Robert R. Sturgeon.

Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

Robert was employed as a machinist for Allied Chemical prior to retiring.

Robert is survived by his three daughters, Linda Curran, Taffy Connolly, Peggy
MacDougall; six grandchildren, Bob, Kristin, Chrissy, Heather, Sean and Ryan; 7 great
grandchildren, a sister, Joan Darigo; a daughter-in-law, Patty O’Donnell.

In addition to Gloria and his parents, Robert is preceded in death by a step-son, Robert
O’Donnell and three sisters, Ruth Anderson, Elizabeth Coffin and Dorothy Flanigan.

Robert’s graveside service will be private at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Please continue to check the funeral
home’s website for up-to-date information.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Robert’s name may be made to the
Wounded Warrior project.

I will never forget Uncle Bob’s kindness and wonderful sense of humor. He used to call me “Cupcakes” and always made me laugh. Uncle Bob will always have a special place In my heart. May he be at peace with God in heaven.
