Obituary for Thomas J. Walls
Thomas James Walls, Jr., age 90 passed away at his home in Warminster on Monday, June 21, 2014.
Born January 7, 1924, Thomas grew up in West Philadelphia. He was an avid tennis player and served in served in the U. S. Army during WW II from 1942 to 1945. Thomas was loving and devoted husband and father.
He is survived by his wife Margaret and his children; Grace D'Ottaviano, Thomas (Halle), Robert, Megan Whalon (Bob) and his daughter-in law Colleen Walls, his sisters; Dorothy Breida, Roberta Kulhman, and Barbara Logan (Thomas), and his twelve grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son John Walls.
Thomas's Funeral Service will be held Monday July 28, 2014 11:30am at the Shelly Funeral Home 1460 Easton Road Warrington, PA. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. Tom will be laid to rest at 1:30pm in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Doylestown Hospice Care, Doylestown Hospital, 595 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
