My condolences to the family of Tom.
I am your neighbor of 1+ year now across the street from you in Fonthill Apartments who regularly conversed with Tom early mornings when he was taking Bernie out. He was a very kind man who always had a smile when I encountered him. I will miss seeing him. Doug Cannon Apt L-11

Dear Jennifer & Family, I am very close friends with Joy (college) and Ed and they are the ones that shared the sad news with me. I just wanted you to know that I have so many wonderful memories of Thom and the whole group many years ago at the Reynolds river lot. A lot of jet skiing, boating and water skiing. Thom was always up for a good activity/adventure. Having said that, I hope moving forward you will be able to reflect and cherish those special times you shared individually and as a family. I wish I could say something to remove the sadness and heaviness from your hearts. Please know you will remain in my prayers. With Deepest Sympathies, Micki Matthews

Thom and Jen were always so welcoming and generous with time. He never left one of his best friends side when his friend had lost his child. He showed up and took charge of a very helpless situation making us all feel a little less confused. He and Jen stayed behind the day of the funeral to set everything up for the guests afterwards. He made sure his friend got to a doctor and had a constant companion to lean on. We 4 had countless social distancing double dates in their driveway. Times with Bernie were always great too:-) I am so inspired by his ability to love big. He always made me feel welcomed into his life. I will truly miss his big smile and contagious laugh. ☀️💕 Rest In Peace my fiend. You are truly missed by so many people whose lives you touched.
