Obituary for Sandra E. Castagnolo
Sandra E. Castagnolo passed away on Monday February 7, 2022 at her home in Warrington. She was 79 years old. Sandra was the wife of the late Joseph P. Castagnolo.
Born in Philadelphia, Sandra was a 1st generation Scottish American; she was the daughter of the late Alexander C. and Mary E. (Wyker) Watson. Her father came over from Scotland at the age of 13.
Sandra was a Bucks County native for over 60 years, and enjoyed taking rides to all the local cover bridges in the area. Sandra also loved watching the birds and deer from her back window.
Sandra loved to spend her summers in Ocean City, NJ. She enjoyed playing miniature golf and riding the tilt a whirl with her loving grandson Hunter, who she adored.
In her spare time, Sandra would volunteer at the New Britain Baptist Food Pantry. She loved making soup, and would be the first person to send over a meal if you didn't feel good or would invite you for dinner. She will be remembered as being very caring and giving. Sandra would always give to others before herself.
Sandra is survived by her children; Lisa (Mark) Morris and Paul Castagnolo. She was the sister of Richard Watson. She is also survived by her grandson Hunter Morris and three nephews.
Sandra's Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday February 18, 2022 at the Shelly Funeral Home 1460 Easton Rd. Warrington. Internment will follow at Whitemarsh Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 10:00am until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the New Britain Baptist Church Food Pantry, 22 E Butler Ave, New Britain, PA 18901
