Obituary for Robert M. Pepe
Robert M. Pepe, of Doylestown, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at his residence. He was 83. Born in New Rochelle, NY, Robert was the son of the late Anthony and Josephine Pepe.
He was the loving husband of the late Ann Marie Pepe and loving father of Robin Pepe of Doylestown PA and Christina Pepe of Connecticut. Robert will be deeply missed by family and friends who cherished his charismatic personality and his love, which he gave so generously.
He is survived by his daughters, his sisters, Ann Marie Zaccaria, Lucille Ritacco (Frank); and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Robert proudly served his country. Robert was the owner and operator of Regent Oil Company until his retirement. He was an active community member involved in The Community Fund in New York, The Elks Club, The Knights of Columbus, The President of Leewood Country Club, most recently a member of Doylestown Country Club and a dedicated parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Doylestown.
In Robert’s free time he enjoyed singing, dancing, teaching dance, riding his motorcycles, golf, gardening and spending time with his family and friends.
Robert’s family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 5194 Cold Spring Creamery Rd., Doylestown, PA 18902. A Catholic Funeral Mass will be celebrated the following day, Friday, March 12, 2021 at 8:50 AM. Interment will follow at 1:00PM at Beechwood Cemetery, 179 Beechwood Ave., New Rochelle, NY 10801
