Obituary for Raymond Freeling
Raymond E. Freeling, Jr., of Doylestown, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022 at Doylestown Hospital. He was 92.
Raymond was the loving husband of the late Theresa Freeling, who passed away in 2011.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Raymond and Gladys Freeling.
Raymond proudly served his country in the United States Army.
After the Army, Raymond was employed as a self-employed plumbing contractor for most of his life.
In his free time, Raymond enjoyed his family, good eats, aviation, history, old movies and music.
Raymond will be deeply missed by his seven children, Theresa Grafenstine, Raymond Freeling, Linda Freeling, Barbara Hefley (Pete), William Freeling (Brenda), Kimberly Grafenstine (Roger), Diana Knight (Dave); 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In addition to his wife and parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Blodgette; his brother, Edward Freeling; and his sister, Gladys McCarty.
A memorial service for Raymond will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
