Obituary for Nancy S. Bucher
Nancy S. Bucher, of Doylestown Twp., passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 surrounded by her family at Doylestown Hospital. She was 73.
Born in Abington, Nancy was the daughter of the late Doris Redden and Jack Karcher.
She was employed as a data entry clerk.
Nancy attended River of Life Church.
The most important things to Nancy were her family, her friends, and her faith. Nancy enjoyed going to church on Sunday’s, her knitting club (she never really mastered that knitting LOL), going to lunch with friends, and spending as much time with her family as she could. Nancy would always greet you with a smile, loved to laugh, and showed true kindness to everyone she met.
Nancy will be deeply missed by her children, Nicole Underkofler (Rich), Steven Bucher (Sally); two granddaughters, Ashley (Bryan), Cassie; and a brother, James Karcher.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Bucher, Jr., and her brother, John Karcher.
A celebration of Nancy’s life will be celebrated at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington, PA 18976. Her family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Nancy’s memory may be made to River of Life Church, 3434 Durham Road, Doylestown, PA 18902.
