Mike and Holly were part of a group of friends we saw several times a year a while back, and I remember him as an incredibly friendly and generous spirit with an ever-present smile. Even though I hadn't seen him for years, the news of his passing was felt deeply, and I'm sure it leaves a big hole in a lot of lives. RIP Mike, and my thoughts and prayers go out to Holly.

I’ve known Michael since I was about 11 years old. We were just kids in elementary school. I remember all the “kids” playing stick ball in Renel’s parking lot ( 1968 ) and later at Lou’s, “ The” Place to hang out!
So many memories from days gone by way too fast!
May God hold you close to His heart Michael and may you Rest In Peace, you were a great guy!
I wish your family God’s love and comfort in this saddest of times. So sad.🙏

Michael was my sweetest dearest brother. As I feel about all my King Brothers, my husbands family is my family. The have loved me like a sister for 20 years. Through good and bad. Losing one of them has been unfathomable. Michael's loss will be felt forever. Every Sunday family dinner, meal we cook, every family picture, get together, holiday, every menu we plan- we think of Michael, we will feel his loss, we will miss his smile. Love you Michael, Sail on Brother.

In our senior year of high school, Mike and I planned a trip to California in a 1959 Volkswagen Beetle. 2 days after we graduated, we were off on a 3 month adventure! Good times I will remember always. Mike was a truly kind soul, I never remember him without a smile on his face. He loved his family and his friends alike. Childhood friends are like none other. God bless.

Michael was truly a positive person to work with. If we didn't smile, he will tell us to wear one. He used to share his music videos he made with his uncle, while playing his guitar and singing. He was a fan of his family and his wife. On some down time he will share the pictures of them, and tell me how proud he was, and how close he was to them. Sailing was a definite fun time for him, and he talked about how much he enjoyed doing so. Now he is like an angel watching over us, still smiling and cheering us on! ~Linda C.
