Michael J. Adams, of Warrington, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at ManorCare in Huntingdon Valley. He was 74.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late John and Margaret Adams.
Michael was employed as a police officer for the city of Philadelphia for most of his life.
Michael loved spending time with his grandkids. He was also an avid fan of all the Philadelphia sports teams.
Michael is survived by two daughters, Kelly Moyer (Scott), Leslie Treffeisen (Daniel), 5 grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ryan, Mason, Tyler, Madison, two brothers Kevin Adams (Regina), John Adams (Pat), and a sister, Maureen Adams. Michael was preceded in death by a brother Billy
Services for Michael will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael’s name to the Fraternal Order of Police Foundation, 328 Massachusetts Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20002.
