Mario Di Fabio, of Warrington, passed away on February 27, 2019 at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA. He was 80 years old.
He and his beloved wife, Dina Di Fabio celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary in December.
Mario was the owner of Mario’s Barber Shop in Maple Glen, PA. He was a very hard worker, and still worked full time, at the age of 80.
Mario was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, in Warrington.
Mario was on the board of directors for The BARC Foundation and BARC’s Vocational Services Advisory Committee. BARC’s Mission is to build a stronger community by helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve individual goals for a better life
In his free time, Mario enjoyed travel, travelling to many different places, technology, and gardening. Mario was an intelligent, outgoing, humorous man. He loved listening to classical music and could name the song and composer of each piece. A self-taught musician who never read a sheet of music.
In addition to his wife, Mario is survived by a son, Claudio Di Fabio; two daughters, Nicole Di Fabio and Paula Fasciano (Anthony); and two grandchildren, Matthew and Benjamin Fasciano.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 856 Euclid Ave., Warrington, PA 18976. Family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until the time of the Mass. Interment will follow at Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
