Obituary for Lynda Dorine Comstock
Lynda Dorine Comstock, of Warrington, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022, at her home with her family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 78.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Herbert John and Edith Elizabeth Ramsey.
Lynda was a lifelong member of Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church in Hartsville, PA.
Lynda graduated from Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing in 1964. Afterwards, Lynda served her community as a registered nurse until 2019.
In her free time Lynda enjoyed trips to Ocean City, NJ and watching the Phillies on TV or with her dear friends at the ballpark. She cherished the time she spent worshiping at church and appreciated the support she received from faithful friends. Lynda also loved caring for her two cats Ebony and Priscilla. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family.
Lynda will be deeply missed by her two daughters, Cynthia Pickering (John), Elizabeth Cimino (Gregory); three granddaughters, Kyrie Pickering, Jocelyn Cimino, Jenna Cimino; and many friends.
A Memorial Service for Lynda will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 19, 2022, at Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church, 1401 Meetinghouse Rd., Warminster, PA 18974. Her family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lynda’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church, at the above address.
