Obituary

Louis (Luigi) A. Picciocchi of Warminster passed away on Sunday February 7, 2021 at Doylestown Hospital. Lou was 78 years old.

Lou is survived by his beloved wife Patricia (Fiumara) Picciocchi. Together the couple had celebrated their 55th Wedding anniversary on January 1st. They have resided in Warminster since 1972 where they raised their four children: Marlene (Andy Hartzell), Elaine (Andy Landmesser), Steve (Donna), and Patrick (Michelle).
Lou is also survived by his seven grandchildren Gabi, Gia, Serina, Sam, Anthony, Bella, and Luca. In addition, he is survived by his sisters Carmela Petrillo and Stefania Castaldo as well as many nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.

Born in the small town of Sirignano, Italy, Lou was the son of the late Stefano and Speranza (Acierno) Picciocchi.

Lou was a Master Locksmith for over 40 years with Mike’s Lock Shop in Warminster. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Lou was handy with tools and could find a way to fix anything for anybody. He was not only a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, but also a loyal friend. Lou loved visiting with friends, drinking espresso and giving freely of his talents. He was passionate about his vegetable garden, rose bushes, and wine making. Lou also enjoyed hunting, fishing and just being outdoors. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Lou’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 12, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1795 Columbia Ave., Warrington, PA 18976. The family will receive friends at the Church from 10:00 until the time of the Mass. Interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery. Mask and social distancing guidelines will be required.
