Obituary for Louis Bittlingmaier
Louis Bittlingmaier, of Plumstead Twp., passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at his residence. He was 88.
Louis was the loving husband of Betsey Bittlingmaier. The couple had spent 61 wonderful years together.
Born in Ridgewood, NY, he was the only child of the late Louis and Marion Bittlingmaier.
Louis received his Masters in Business Administration from Baruch College in New York.
He was employed as a Corporate Tax Manager at Unisys until his retirement.
In his free time, Louis enjoyed listening to music, reading and playing piano. He also enjoyed singing in the church choir and singing with the Bucks County Choral Society. His greatest enjoyment in life came from spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Betsey, Louis will be deeply missed by his daughters, Ingrid Nobiletti and her husband, David, Kate Sypa and her husband, John; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Kristin, Bridget, and James.
Louis’ Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at St. Martin of Tours RCC, 1 Riverstone Circle, New Hope, PA 18938. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the start of Mass. Interment will follow in the Church’s adjoining cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Louis’ memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
