Kenneth P. Roberts, Sr., of Warrington, passed away on Saturday November 24, 2018 at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Ken was 78 years old. Born in Lansdale, Ken was the son of the late John J. and Gertrude Roberts.


Ken was the husband of Cecilia (Truman) Roberts, who together shared 58 years of marriage. Formerly of Chalfont, Ken and Cecilia had settled in Warrington and had been residents for 54 years.

Ken had been employed for many years with the H & K Group, Inc., of Skippack. He retired in 2006.

Ken will be remembered for his strong work ethic, and his desire to always help others. He enjoyed spending time in LBI with his family. He was an avid boater and jet skier. In the winter he liked to snowmobile.

In addition to his wife Ken is survived by his sons, Kenneth P., Jr. Joseph N. (Lynn), Steven R. (Sharon), Michael C. Sr., and James S. (Michelle) Roberts. He was the brother of David and Donald and the late Roy Roberts. Ken is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A celebration of Ken’s life will be begin at 11:00 am, on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Shelly Funeral Home, Easton and Keller’s Church Roads, Plumsteadville. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00-7:00pm and after10:00am on Friday until the time of the celebration. Interment will be private.
