Obituary for Judy E. Caraballo
Judy Elizabeth Caraballo, of Doylestown, PA, passed away September 20, 2022 at her home. She was 79 years old.
She was born in Waverly, Tennessee September 22, 1942 and was the daughter of Sarah Lee Traylor Work and Willie A. Work and was one of nine children. Ms. Caraballo moved to Doylestown, PA at the age of 13 and attended Central Bucks West High School, and later moved to Pipersville, PA then later in life returned to Doylestown, PA.
She worked at the Pearl Buck Foundation and law firms for 23 years as a secretary. She also worked in New Jersey’s Youth and Family Services and was a licensed real estate agent. She loved her family, books, and the Jersey shore.
Surviving are Ms. Caraballo’s six children and spouses who loved her dearly, Sarah (Jim, deceased), Florence (Bill), Victor (Joy), Richard (Kathy), Michael (Melissa), Ray and including Mike M., as well as 11 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters and brother, Jennie, Marcella, Peggy, and Allen.
Funeral services will be held at the Shelly Funeral Home (5930 Easton Rd, (corner of Keller’s Church and Easton), Plumsteadville, PA on Friday, September 30, 2022, reflection music or visitation from 10-11 a.m. followed by the funeral ceremony, procession, and reception. All are welcomed.
