Obituary for Judith E. Mayer
Judith E. Mayer, of Plumstead Twp., passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia. She was 81.
Judy was the loving wife of Nicholas M. Mayer. The couple would have celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on February 14, 2023.
Born in Somerset NJ, she was the daughter of the late James and Sarah Bowers.
Judy was a gifted artist. In her free time, Judy enjoyed painting, sarcasm, baking and homemaking, growing and sharing in-home plants and flowers. Her greatest enjoyment in life came from spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her husband, Nicholas, Judy will be deeply missed by her three daughters, Judy Peltz (Tom), Laury Mayer, and Amy M. Hurt (Mark); and many friends.
Judy’s services will be private at the convenience of the family.
