Frank G.Shaheen of Holland, PA passed away on October 17, 2018 at Symphony Manor in Feasterville. He was 92 years old. He was born in Altoona,PA to Elizabeth and Michael Ayoub. Soon after he and sister were adopted by his maternal grandparents Charles and Mary Shaheen. He graduated from Altoona High School. He served in the US Army in World War II. He attended Penn State University where he majored in accounting and later worked on his masters at Temple University. He was husband to the late Janet L Shaheen for 49 years. He worked as a financial analyst for RCA, Sperry Univac and Unisys. He owned and operated the Hair Post salon in Richboro, PA with his wife. After her passing he managed the salon for several more years. He was a long time member of Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church in Warminster and also attended New Song Ministries of Warminster. He enjoyed watching the stock market and spending time in Ocean City, NJ with family and friends.
He is survived by his sister Lorraine Frank of Altoona,PA, daughters Cathy L. Shaheen of Holland, Brenda S. Shaffer of Jamison, son-in-law John K.Shaffer of Jamison and granddaughter Rebecca L. Shaffer of Statesville, NC.
Celebration of Frank‘s life will take place at Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church 1401 Meetinghouse Rd. Warminster,PA 18974 at 11am on Saturday October 27, 2018 where visitation of family and friends will be received 10-11am. Interment will follow in the Neshaminy Cemetery.
