Obituary

Eric David Schwartz passed away suddenly on July 6, 2020, he was 22 years young. Eric loved life and just wanted to spread his love for life to everyone around him. He was an exceptional young man with a big heart and loved to laugh, sing along to the radio and be there to help whenever someone needed it. There is so much that can be said for Eric; we will never forget his welcoming smile or his funny comments or his lust for life. Eric loved to just go for a car ride, hang out with his many friends, and go riding on his dirt bike. Eric just couldn’t sit still; he always had to be on the move.

Eric graduated from Upper Bucks County Technical School and Pennridge High School in 2016. Eric had just finished a 4 year apprenticeship program at Stein Seal for Machining and was looking forward to a bright future in the field. He worked for Stein Seal since 12th grade at Upper Bucks Technical School.

Eric was the son of Amy K. DeLellis and Stanley A. Schwartz, brother to Miles Schwartz and was affectionately known as “Angel Face” to his longtime girlfriend Taylor M. Lewis. He is the grandson of David and Judith DeLellis, and Ronald and Alice Schwartz. He is also survived by his Aunt Lisa and Uncle Dave Collins, Aunt Suzanne DeLellis and his cousins Natalie Worthington and Anthony Bovenzi, Aunt Jill (Paul) Lachac and cousin Matthew Binford and his Uncle Troy Schwartz. Eric was predeceased by his Uncle Chad Schwartz. He is also survived by many relatives and many, many friends.

Eric’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday July 16, 2020, 11:00am at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart 100 Broad St, Hilltown, PA. Internment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery. Masks and social distancing will be required.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship has been established in his name at Upper Bucks Technical High School. Please send donations to Upper Bucks Technical High School, Eric Schwartz Memorial Scholarship c/o Business Office, 3115 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944.

Amy, Stan and family, I am so sorry for your loss. From what I know, Eric was an incredible person and had a bright future ahead of him. Amy, I truly enjoyed how you spoke so highly of Eric as he was planning his career in the machining field. He seemed to have a great plan for his life and was truly inspirational. I have enjoyed all the stories you shared about Eric over the years. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. With love, Suzette

Eric was our neighbor on Hillendale Rd ( I live @ 42 ) & I always saw him @ Giant when I shopped. I made sure to always go in his line because he was so friendly! We always talked of his future & he was just so nice. I am so sad for your family. You’re in our thoughts & prayers.
