Obituary for Earl Hedrick
Earl E Hedrick, of Eloy, AZ, formerly of Chalfont, PA, passed away on April 15, 2023. He was 80 years old.
Earl was the loving husband of the late C. Vicary “Vicky” Hedrick. The couple had been married for 44 years.
Born in Warminster, PA., he was the son of the late Earl M. and Doris E. (Bennett) Hedrick.
Earl had attended William Tennent High School. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and had been employed as a carpenter with Sal Paone Builder for 30 years.
Earl was a former member of the Warminster Presbyterian Church. He was also a former member, and a Captain, of the Warrington Township Fire Company, as well as a previous member of the Enterprise Fire Company of Hatboro.
In addition to woodworking, in his spare time, Earl enjoyed, bowling, softball, skiing and camping.
Earl is survived by his children Elizabeth Schecter (Paul Craddock), and David Hedrick (Ellyn Forquer); his three grandchildren Mikael, Morgan, and Keira, and his friend and nurse, Lora.
A graveside service will be held at 11:45 AM on Wednesday April 26, 2023 at Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Rd., Abington, PA 19001.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Warrington Township Fire Company or the Veterans Association.
