Obituary for Dolores Lehrmann
Dolores Lehrmann, a resident of Perkasie, formerly of Warrington, passed away Monday, March 24, 2014, at her residence. She was 73.
Dolores was the loving wife of the late Thomas C. Lehrmann Sr.
Born in Doylestown, Dolores was a daughter of the late Harry Castelow and Doris Funk Castelow.
Retiring in 2006, after 24 years of employment, she worked as a unit clerk at Doylestown Hospital.
Dolores led her life by helping others, especially her family. She didn't need to be asked to help, she just did. She enjoyed caring for rescued animals and loved to read. She also enjoyed fishing and playing online games. Those who knew her well will remember her for her funny and sarcastic sense of humor.
Dolores is survived by a son, Thomas Lehrmann Jr., a daughter, Sandy Lehrmann-Wright and her husband, Andrew Wright; a grandson, Shaun Wright and his wife, Joan; and two sisters, Elaine Kiefer and Judy Massaro. Dolores was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Linda Wright-Lehrmann.
Dolores' funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, March 31, at Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington, where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Doylestown Hospital Hospice, c/o Development Office, 595 W. State St., Doylestown, PA 18976.
