Daniel S. Gracey of Churchville, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Luther Woods in Hatboro. He was 87 years old. Daniel was the beloved husband of Elizabeth W. (Bollen) Gracey. Together the couple had shared 66 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, Danial was the son of the late Walter and Louise (Murk) Gracey. Daniel was a graduate of Frankford High School Class of 1953. Daniel had served his Country in the US Marine Corp Reserves and was stationed at the Willow Grove Air Base.

He was self-employed and owned and operated Dan Gracey Plastering.

In addition to his wife Elizabeth; Daniel is survived by his children; Susan Gaw (Dennis), Glenn Gracey (Joan), Gail McDowell (Paul) and Lynn Hofer. He was the grandfather of Ian and Cole McDowell, Rae, Alec, and Lance Hofer, and Lexie and Olivia Gracey.

Daniel’s Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 505 N. York Rd. Hatboro, PA. 19040 The family will receive at the Church friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the Service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
