Cindy received her Associates Degree from Queensborough CUNY and Columbia-Greene Community College. She had been employed as a travel agent and was a member of the Tinicum Democrats. Cindy was a musician and founding member of her band Mid-Life Crisis/Chain gang in 2008. She had hosted the Triumph Brewery Open Mic for 4 years, and she enjoyed politics, gardening, reading, spinning and weaving. She raised Alpacas, sheep, rabbits, and pygmy goats. Camping, boating, cooking, photography, and volunteering at numerous local school functions was how she shared her time. She was always willing to cook a meal to help friends and others in need. Cindy loved to travel abroad and visited numerous countries around the world. Cindy loved her family and they lived by the motto “It’s all about the party!” Cindy raised 3 confident and independent daughters, Raquel, Jesse, and Kaitlin Muzzy. She is the sister of Gladys Wood (Randy), Irene Campillo (Gary Pearson), Alonzo Campillo (Brenda), and Richard Campillo (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and numerous others, including close cousins, friends (the Loop), neighbors, and fellow musicians. Family will receive friends to celebrate her life Thursday evening from 6:00- 9:00pm at the Shelly Funeral Home Easton & Keller’s Church Roads Plumsteadville. Words of remembrance will be shared at 8:00pm.
Cindy inspired both friends and family with her courage and can-do attitude. Nothing could stop her. Her High School yearbook quote, read “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing” (Helen Keller). This is how she lived her life.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Kidney Cancer Association or World Vision.
