Obituary for Charles Dowly Etgen Jr.
Charles Dowly Etgen, Jr., passed away on Saturday January 18, 2020 at the Solana in Doylestown. Charles was 91 years of age.
Born in Staten Island, New York he was the son of the late Charles Dowly Etgen, Sr., and Elizabeth (Nee Hanley) Etgen.
Charles was the beloved husband of Franziska (Nee Boessinger) Etgen.
In addition to his wife, Charles is survived by his sons Charles D. Etgen, III (Vanessa) and
Christopher H. Etgen (Paula). Charles is also survived by his five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Charles on Monday January 27, 2020 at 11:00am at St. Robert Bellarmine Church 857 Euclid Ave. Warrington. The family will receive friends at the Church from 10:00am until the time of Mass. Interment will follow in the Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to The Alzheimer's Association
