Bertha (Bert) M. Arnold (nee Munz) of Doylestown, formerly of Warrington and Philadelphia passed away on Sunday October 9, 2022 at Grandview Hospital. Bert was 93 years old. She was the wife of the late Ralph K. Arnold who passed away in 2016. The couple had shared 66 years of marriage.
Bert had been employed with First Pennsylvania Bank where she was an assistant branch manager. In her free time Bert enjoyed many things including gardening, quilting, cooking, coloring, reading, genealogy, and her family. Bert loved to have a good laugh and had a beautiful smile. She was a fixture at Redeemer Lutheran Church, volunteering in many ways through the years.
Bert is survived by her sons Mark (Mary), Bruce (Maureen) and David (JoAnn); grandchildren Steven (Mee Hae), Molly Zolnierz (Eric), Emily Marziani (Camillo), Kathleen Engelhart, (Evan), Michael (Jacqui), and Erin; and great grandchildren Kylee, Elsie, Matt and Elliott.
Bert’s Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday October 22, 2022 at Redeemer Lutheran Church 2100 York Rd. Jamison, PA 18929. Visitation is from 11:00 to 12:00.. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent in Bertha’s name to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
