So sorry to hear of her passing. I just decided to check online 7/28/23 as I would not have found out any other way. I will always miss her kindness. She was like a 2nd mother to me and made me part of her family. Will deeply miss her and Bill Jr.

Grandma,
It still hasn’t hit me yet that I can no longer pick up the phone and call you. I can no longer hear your voice. The wisdom and the encouragement you have always provided me I will forever cherish. You were such a trooper, a fighter, and a warrior. One is the greatest women I have the pleasure of calling family and also my only grandmother. I love how open you were and how proud you told me I make you. I will forever keep striding to be better. I hope you enjoyed your first Valentine’s Day back in Grandpa’s arms. I know Aunt Grace and Uncle Billy welcomes you with arms wide open. I’ll forever love you, Grandma. I’ll forever carry you within. You’re forever cherished. I could just write forever and ever. I love you.
Until we meet again,
Valarie.

Gram,
I miss you dearly, i miss being asked how long i spent in the bathroom curling my eye lashes, knowing that i never curled them. I miss your laugh and your sense of Humor. I miss your smile. I miss the offering of a soda everytime coming to your house. I miss you calling abby me and vice versa. i miss hearing your funny stories and i miss the ability to drive to your house to see you. i know that you didnt suffer and i know that you went peacefully, it just is hard to grasp that we do not have you hear with us physically. mom really misses you. she was there as much as she could be especially in these last few weeks she had with you. i hope you know how much you are loved and missed. how honored i am to be able to call you my gram. you are and will always be a leading lady in my life. i will continue to miss you and think about you daily, i hope you are back in pop pops arems and are laughing up a storm with aunt grace while talking cowboys with uncle billy. i love you gram
