Anna M. Wood of Ferndale, PA died on June 5, 2014 She was 78. Anna was born on June 5, 1936 to the late John H. and Mary Jane Gohn. Anna was the wife of the late Johnny S. Wood Sr. Anna is the mother of William Knight (Mindy), Roseann Strawser (James), Edna Liskowacki (Jeff), Susan Pool, Johnny S. Wood, Jr., Kim Affleck-Resnik (Jarret), Diane Burns (Rick), Christine McNerney (Mike), and the late John Knight. Anna’s Funeral Service will be held Monday June 9, 2014 10:00am at the Shelly Funeral Home, Easton Road and Keller’s Church Road in Plumsteadville, PA. Internment will follow in Nockamixon Cemetery. Friends are invited to greet the family at the Funeral Home from 9:00am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Abington Memorial Hospital Hospice 2510 Maryland Road, Suite 250, Willow Grove, PA 19090
