Obituary for Alma C. McKenzie
Alma C. McKenzie, of Lower Macungie Twp. formerly of Warrington, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022 at Mosser Nursing Home in Trexlertown. She was 104.
Alma was the loving wife of the late Russell S. McKenzie, who passed away in August of 1995.
Born in Philadelphia, she was one of two daughters of the late Chester and Anna Bell Henninger.
Alma was a longtime member of Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church in Hartsville.
Alma will be deeply missed by her son, Russell S. McKenzie, Jr., of Lower Macungie Twp.; and two grandsons, Mark R. McKenzie and Brian D. McKenzie.
In addition to her husband and parents, Alma was preceded in death by her sister and best friend Jane M. Henninger.
Alma’s funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church, 1401 Meetinghouse Road, Hartsville, PA 18974. Her family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alma’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN.
