Obituary for Joan McConomy
Joan A. McConomy(Leibert) of Warrington, passed away on Thrusday August 30, 2018 at the Garden Spring Center Nursing Home Willow Grove Pa. Joan was 76 years old.
Born in Philadelphia, Joan was the daughter of the late George and Grace Leibert (nee Schneider). Joan was a Graduate of John W Hallahan High School in Philadelphia.
Joan is survived by her husband John F. Mcconomy (mickey)
Who together shared 57 years of marriage. Joan had been employed with Bell Telephone for many years, and had also worked at Kmart in Philadelphia. In her free time Joan enjoyed reading.
In addition to her husband Joan is survived by her children Joan Bradley, John F McConomy lll ( Rose), Leonard McConomy ( Dianne) and Amy Strain ( Rich), her 11 grand children and her 6 great grandchildren, and her siblings Leonard Leibert, Donna McKenna, Dennis Leibert, Cheryl McMonagle
Joan’s Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday September 5, 2018 at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington where the family will receive friends after 10:00 am until the time of service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Caner Society
