Obituary for Francis W. Trauger

Francis W.   Trauger
It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Francis W. Trauger, a lifetime resident of Doylestown, Pa., on June 8, 2018, after a brief illness. He was 75 years old.
Born in Doylestown on March 25, 1943, he was the son of the late George W. Trauger and Marie C. (Foley) Trauger.
He graduated from Our Lady of Mount Carmel School and Central Bucks High School, Class of 1961. Frank was a devoted employee of Environmental Tectonics Corporation located in Southampton, Pa. for 50 years. Earlier in his life, he was an exceptional bowler, winning many trophies, and enjoyed golf in his spare time. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, he enjoyed going to ballgames with his family and friends.
Frank is survived by his beloved sister, Joan M. Conduit of Chalfont; brother, James R. Trauger of Texas; and sister-in-law, Barbara A. Trauger, of New Jersey; his dear nieces, Bethanne Conduit of Chalfont; Adele Schurr (Fred) of New Jersey; dear nephews, Steven R. Conduit (Gina) of West Chester; Kurt Trauger (Jennifer) and George Trauger (Robin) of New Jersey; loving grandnephews, Steven T. and Logan R. Conduit of West Chester, Nicholas T. Conduit of California; Anthony Bonfiglio, Alexander, Benjamin, Ethan, and Douglas Trauger, of New Jersey; loving grandnieces, Alexis McCorkel (Donald) of Oregon; Jessica and Jane Trauger, of New Jersey; favorite Aunt Mary P. Trauger of Willow Grove; and many cousins.
Besides his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brother, George Trauger, Jr., brother-in-law, Roger Conduit, beloved sister, Florence C. Opitz, and Uncle Roland Trauger.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 235 E. State Street, Doylestown, Pa. The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 AM prior to Mass. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Sisters of St. Francis Foundation, 609 South Convent Road, Aston, PA. 19014, or to the Moose Charities, 155 South International Drive, Mooseheart, IL 60539-1100.
