Obituary for Florence Schroker
Florence Schroker of Ottsville, PA., Formerly of Franklin Park, NJ passed away on Tuesday April 10, 2018 at her home. She was 93 years old.
Florence was the wife of the late Andrew J. Schroker, who passed away in 2016. They had been married for 59 years.
Born in Barnesboro, PA., Florence was the daughter of the late George and Stella Hayduk. In the late 1940’s Florence had worked as a bookkeeper for Sears Roebuck, and from 1970-1980 with National Bank of NJ, as a Teller.
Florence belonged to the Franklin Park VFW. In her free time she enjoyed crafting, quilting, gardening and bird watching.
Florence is survived by her children Florence B. Raup (L.J.) and Andrew Schroker (Theresa Kubian), she was the grandmother of James Raup, Andrew C. and Natalie R. Schroker.
Florence’s Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday April 17, 2018 at the Shelly Funeral Home, Easton and Keller’s Church Roads, Plumsteadville. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Monday evening and from 10:00 am until the time of service on Tuesday. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
