Obituary for John J "Jack" Halloran Jr.

John J "Jack"  Halloran Jr.
John “Jack” J. Halloran, Jr. passed away on Thursday March 29, 2018 at Temple Lung Center in Philadelphia. Jack was 75 years old.

Born in Philadelphia Jack was the son of the late John and Sally Halloran. He was the beloved husband of Geraldine A. (Petrosina) Halloran who together shared 55 years of marriage.

Jack had received a Bachelor’s of Science in Physics from Drexel University, and was the owner of Thermmax Scientic.

Jack enjoyed Astronomy, chess, reading and politics. He was an avid Eagles fan and enjoyed finally seeing the Eagles win a Super bowl.

In addition to his wife Jack was a loving Father to his three children, Anne, Stephen and Michelle. Sons-in-Law, Ben Redd and Ed Streahle. Three grandchildren, Jordan, Kayla and Max. Sister, Sally Kain. Sister-in-Law, Marina O'Connor, Neices and Nephews, Debby and Walt Kramer, David O'Connor, Chris and Lisa O'Connor, Kevin and Chris O'Connor. Sallyanne and John Seachrist. In addition to many great nieces and nephews.

A service celebrating Jack’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 2, 2018 at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road Warrington where the family will receive friends after 1:00 pm until the time of service. Interment will be held privately.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association. No Flowers please.
